Kermit's Family Restaurant

One Saturday morning my husband and I were trying to decide if we wanted to eat breakfast in Bowling Green or Toledo since we were driving through Bowling Green to get to Toledo where our youngest son lives. We happened to come across this little diner called Kermit's. Like most people we read the reviews and weigh the pro's and con's. We decided to take in a new place for Sunday breakfast. When we arrived the parking was rather slim to none due to the location of the diner. However, upon walking in the front door we were greeted with the most wonderful smile and personality one person could ever imagine having. We sat a booth just out of the way of the door, as not to get a chill when someone came in. We were handed menus and asked what we would like to drink. Our drinks came rather quickly and with a smile. We felt like we were at home here. The atmosphere was a little dank and dingy but the smiles and food certainly made up for it. The portions of food are enormous and the taste......even better. The price is right compared to the portions of food. Well worth the trip. We will be back. If you are out for a drive some morning and want to treat yourself...Kermit's is the place.
