If you want friendly service, neighborhood farmers gossip about how crops are growing and a fantastic breakfast, this is the place to go. Paulette's sits on the corner of South Sandusky Street and West Market Street in Tiffin, Ohio. Paulette's serves one of the best breakfast items we have every had. Their breakfast quesadilla is nothing like you have every had before. It is a 10 inch tortilla shell, lightly browned with scrambled eggs and your choice of cheese and three meat or veggie options. It is served with sour cream and salsa. The portions at Paulette's are truly "HUGE". The wait staff knows you by name if you frequent the establishment and also your breakfast order. Take out options are available as well. If you are new in town or just passing through, stop at Paulette's and see what you think. But get there quick.....they are open from 5:30am - 2:00pm daily. My husband and I frequent this little diner because it is friendly, well staffed and the chef prepares the food within eye sight of you. Not to mention you don't go home hungry. Top Notch!
