Amsden House Revisited
Happy Monday! Or so I thought. I spoke with the owner of Jenny's Amsden House Restaurant in Bellevue, Ohio. (See my earlier post) Below is the most rude response from an OWNER ever! Apparently they do not care who comes into their establishment as long as they are not outsiders. Please people...I encourage you to visit these establishments and form your own opinion. In this case, the people that frequent Amsden House have done so for years and they do not appreciate outsiders. See comment below from the owner:
We def do not treat customers that way and we never get complaints in our food. May I ask where u sat at. Was it a booth or table. Our normal customers know that if they come in on a Sunday that the service will b a bit slow as it’s our busiest day. When u came in we were busy and short staffed as two ppl called off. But b that as it may no one else complained about their service. If u didn’t like the service then that’s fine. Don’t come back. Our business will do jst fine without u as we have been for over 30 years. Also if u weren’t happy with something u should’ve said something while there not waited to do it over message.
Fist of all I am NORMAL (in my own little screwed up way)...second, I never stated what time I visited the establishment so how did they know what time I arrived?...Third, you bet we won't be back. But I will let others know how we were treated so they can form their own opinion. Bon App....Uh...never mind.
